Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your face or body treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, fill out any necessary forms and enjoy a complimentary beverage. If you require additional information, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our location, parking and any other concerns.
Booking & Cancellations
The Orchid Room Day Spa requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment please call us at 705-739-0080 at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will result in full charges on your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates.) Groups of 3 or more people require 48 hours cancellation notice. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy because we are a small appointment-based business and we must respect the appointment time of other guests.
